Chris showed up to the appointment ahead of schedule and was already in process of starting when I arrived. He explained the process in great detail before we started and continued pointing out exactly what he was doing and why. He was extremely thorough and took complete notes and photographs throughout the inspection. I received his report the following day which outlined everything we had seen/done and the items that needed to be addressed.

This was not the end of the job, Chris has made himself available to answer questions and send additional documentation on such items as the HVAC system and the Random testing.
